Terms & Conditions

Use of St. Francis County Busted Mugshots is subject to these terms. By accessing the site, a visitor agrees to follow them. Anyone who does not accept the terms should stop using the site.

This is a privately owned reference site with no connection to any government body, sheriff, jail, court, police department, or corrections agency. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers credit, employment, insurance, housing, or other services covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The site is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

Nature of the Service

St. Francis County Busted Mugshots provides general directions to public booking, custody, court, and correctional sources in St. Francis County and Arkansas. It stores no official records, cannot confirm a person's status, cannot secure a release, and cannot file a request or court document for a visitor.

Links and independent search tools are supplied as possible research routes. Their presence does not turn their results into official government records.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the service lawfully and without harming other people or the site's operation. A user may not:

  • Break a law or assist unlawful conduct
  • Stalk, threaten, harass, or target another person
  • Use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other eligibility decisions
  • Try to enter an account, server, or system without permission
  • Run automated bots or scrapers against the site
  • Disrupt access, performance, or security for others

No Consumer Reports

St. Francis County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and its advertising partners do not provide screening services through this site. Users agree not to rely on site or partner information for:

  • Hiring, firing, or another employment decision
  • Tenant selection or any housing decision
  • Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
  • Licensing, permits, or government-benefit eligibility
  • Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Third-Party Destinations

Links may lead to sheriff rosters, booking views, court systems, corrections departments, government portals, legal-aid resources, news outlets, or independent search services. Those destinations control their content, availability, privacy practices, fees, and terms. A link is not an endorsement.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its contents are offered “as is” and “as available.” No promise is made that:

  • Information will be accurate, complete, or current
  • Access will always be uninterrupted
  • Software will be free from errors or security flaws
  • An independent search result will be complete or useful

Custody data and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from the St. Francis County Sheriff's Office or another government agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent Arkansas law permits, the site, its owners, and its contributors are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses tied to use of the site, inability to use it, reliance on information, or use of an outside link.

Your Duty to Indemnify

A user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees caused by that user's conduct, misuse of the service, or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless a separate notice states otherwise, the site's original text, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to St. Francis County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, republished, or modified without written permission.

Revisions to These Terms

These terms may be changed when the service or its legal duties change. Revised terms become effective when they are posted on this page.

Suspension of Access

Access may be limited, suspended, or revoked at any time, with or without advance notice, including when use threatens the service, violates these terms, or creates risk for another person.

Arkansas Governing Law

Arkansas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Arkansas.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in force. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.

Questions About These Terms

Questions about these conditions can be routed through the Contacts page. Official custody and record questions must still go to the government office that owns the information.
